Henry is a seasoned international telecom consultant and project manager with over 35 years of experience across the Pacific, Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Caribbean. He has worked with telecom operators, vendors, regulators, and consulting firms on technologies ranging from legacy PSTN and TDM systems to today’s advanced fibre, IP, and cloud-based 5G networks.

Henry began his career in New Zealand with analogue and early digital switching systems, and progressed through major technology shifts, including GSM integration in Saudi Arabia, XGPON, MPLS, and VoIP deployments. He is the founding partner of Pulse Telecom, a company helping telecom operators adopt new technologies to increase revenue and reduce costs.

His deep involvement in mobile networks since 1995 has given him a front-row seat to the evolution of the industry — culminating in today’s 5G era, which he considers the most transformative. Henry continues to support telecom stakeholders by sharing practical insights into what works, what doesn’t, and how to bridge the gap with smart, cost-effective solutions.

Joakim Baunach is an accomplished Program and Project Manager with more than 35 years of international leadership experience. He has successfully guided complex transformations across telecom, IT, and network infrastructure in Europe, Africa, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas. Known for his ability to deliver results where others have failed, Joakim combines strategic vision with operational discipline, consistently driving efficiency, cost savings, and sustainable growth. His leadership spans program governance, organizational transformation, and multi-market operations, with proven ability to align diverse teams and stakeholders toward ambitious business goals.
Joakim’s career is marked by high-impact results: securing €150M FTTx contracts in a single year, doubling market reach; delivering TeliaSonera’s €13M modernization €4M under budget; and rescuing Fujitsu’s ProFUSE SaaS rollout, deploying to 30,000 PoS terminals across 32 countries. He scaled multinational organizations to €41M turnover and modernized national networks ahead of global events like the FIFA World Cup. Barbara’s career began as a Registered Nurse in her native New Zealand. Since 1995, she has worked in the Pacific, Asia, Europe, Africa, the Caribbean, and the Middle East, in both the medical profession and then later in the telecommunications sector. She completed formal international culture awareness training in Koninklijke Instituut voor de Tropen (KIT), Amsterdam, the Netherlands. 

Since 2004, Barbara has been working full time in the Telecommunications sector, bringing the “human touch” to a very logical, technical, and machine-driven sector. Barbara has international experience in project management for telecom operator, regulatory authority, and tower company clients. She particularly enjoys network and service-related projects and now specializes in network inventory management and network auditing.

Barbara has an eye for detail and looks forward to using her project management and peoples skills for the benefit of international Telcos.

Ishwor is a results-oriented telecommunications professional with a solid foundation in engineering and a growing expertise in project management.
Over the years, Ishwor has worked across various sectors within the international telecom industry more than 8 years across Africa, Middle East and South Asia, gaining in-depth knowledge of wireless networks, fiber optics, VoIP systems and emerging 5G technologies. He has successfully led technical teams and overseen end-to-end delivery of telecom projects.
His transition from Telecommunications Engineer to Project Manager has been driven by a passion for strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and process improvement. He excels in coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget. His ability to troubleshoot complex issues, optimize network performance, and implement innovative solutions has contributed to the successful execution of multiple high-impact projects.
His technical background allows to bridge the gap between engineering teams and business objectives, ensuring clear communication and efficient execution.

Anton is an accomplished International Senior Executive with over 35 years shaping the global telecommunications landscape. With a foundation in Electrical Engineering, he has led pioneering work across GSM to 5G, delivering network optimisation, rollouts, and transformation projects on multiple continents.

His career spans leadership in some of the toughest environments—from Afghanistan to Ghana—where he inspired multi-cultural teams with his mantra: “Start fast, adapt faster.” As the first CTO of LAP Green Networks in Zambia, he oversaw a seamless transition that turned challenges into growth. Later, as CEO of PRIME Infrastructure in Nigeria, he built networks from the ground up, blending technical precision with business acumen to drive expansion.

Anton has also excelled in program and project management, contract negotiation, vendor relations, and benchmarking, consistently driving efficiency and performance. Beyond the boardroom, he champions bridging the digital divide, setting up communication centres in conflict zones and mentoring future leaders.

Neill is an accomplished construction professional with over 30 years of international experience managing civil infrastructure and building projects. He is highly skilled across the full project lifecycle—from initiation and tendering through execution and handover—consistently delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. He is known for leading teams through complex, technically demanding projects while fostering collaboration, talent development, and high performance.

With extensive experience in managing large-scale building and infrastructure projects across diverse environments, Neill combines strong project and operations management capabilities with deep contract and commercial acumen. His expertise spans tendering, negotiations, cost management, and dispute resolution, ensuring maximum value and effective risk mitigation for clients.

Neill is committed to promoting a safety-first culture, implementing industry best practices in health and safety, while maintaining technical proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, SureTrack, CAD, cost-control packages, and other project management tools to support efficient and successful project delivery.

Mario is a seasoned telecommunications executive and entrepreneur with over 20 years of international experience leading large-scale infrastructure projects across the Caribbean and Southeast Asia. He has successfully managed programs valued at USD $150M, encompassing tower construction, power systems, mobile and transmission network infrastructure, in-building solutions, NOC operations, and network optimization. Recognized for building and managing high-performing technical teams in fast-paced, multicultural environments, Mario excels in project governance, risk management, and strategic execution.

In Myanmar, he held senior leadership roles advancing network expansion and operational efficiency, overseeing turnkey site rollouts, in-building systems, and colocation services. Earlier, at Huawei Technologies, Mario directed multimillion-dollar network deployments across the Caribbean, achieving cost-effective rollouts under demanding schedules while strengthening customer and partner relationships.
